These terms govern your use of maisondubien.com, operated by Maison du Bien ("we," "us") from Los Angeles, California. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, do not use the site.

The site, today

The site presents work in preparation. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, and product descriptions, numbering, scents, and specifications may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Joining the register creates no obligation on either side: it is a request to be contacted, nothing more.

Access codes

Parts of the site sit behind an access code. Codes are personal, non-transferable, and revocable at our discretion. Attempting to bypass the gate, probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the site, or to access it by automated means, is prohibited.

Private envoi

Any complimentary parcel offered through a private link is invitation-only: submissions are requests, verified against our own list and honored at our sole discretion while supplies last. Non-transferable, no cash value, void where prohibited, and withdrawable at any time.

Our property

Everything on the site — names, marks, numbering, wordmarks, images, film, copy, and design — belongs to Maison du Bien or its licensors. No license is granted by viewing it. Do not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any of it without our written permission.

What you submit

You promise that information you submit (such as an email or shipping address) is accurate and yours to give. Handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison du Bien will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
